Justin was the service technician with install of the water heater.  We were very pleased with his manner, knowledge and capability with the project. The RO system was also installed by Justin.  His consistent good nature, knowledge and skill are greatly appreciated.  Fyi, his brother who assisted with install of water heater and examined the A/C was a great asset. Lee was very professional and has a great sense of humor. When he arrived he introduced himself and patiently waited for assistance to the hot water tank. Lee is very informative about the work needed to be done and also set up my future appointment for a new tank to be installed and checked to see if it was in stock. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ OUTSTANDING LEADERSHIP & CUSTOMER SERVICE

I want to personally recognize Ryan Kohler, Operations Manager, for the exceptional way he handled a misunderstanding involving a recent repair for my mother.

What started as a frustrating situation could have easily resulted in a very different review. Instead, Ryan stepped in, listened to my concerns, took the time to understand what had happened, and handled the situation with professionalism, integrity and genuine concern for the customer.

As someone who has spent 28 years in real estate and has worked with countless contractors and service companies, I know that misunderstandings happen. What separates an average company from an exceptional one is how management responds when something doesn't go as planned.

Ryan got it right.

He didn't become defensive or dismissive. He listened, communicated clearly and worked toward a fair resolution. Most importantly, I felt that he genuinely cared about making the situation right.

That kind of leadership deserves recognition.

Ryan turned a frustrating experience into one that restored my confidence in the company. You don't judge a business solely by whether a problem occurs. You judge it by what they do when it does.
